Description

The automatic feeder, together with the peeler PL6/PL8, forms the complete automatic line for Williams pears. From here, they are picked and transferred to an orienting station. In this station, the Williams pears are oriented with the stalk downwards. The electrical cabinet of the feeder is interfaced with the electrical cabinet of the connected peeler for synchronisation of the mechanisms.
It consists of:
- Hopper for pear alignment and distribution.
- Motorised drum to distribute the pears on the mechanism
of alignment.
- Mechanism for transferring pears directly into the cups
of the peeler.
